Terms and Conditions:

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

(b) The contest is void where prohibited or where restricted by U.S., international, federal, state or local law.

(c) Entrants are required to provide truthful information. Sponsor(s) will reject and delete any entry (on-site, Internet, or mail-in) that it discovers to be false or fraudulent or to contain any incorrect statement.

(d) No further consideration will be provided to the contest winner.

(e)The winner will agree to hold TFG and it's Sponsors harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

(f) TFG and it's Sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, loss or delay of mail, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsors, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submission which may damage a user's system or limit an entrant's ability to participate in the contest. TFG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the contest.

(g) Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest, but in no event attorney's fees.

(h)TFG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, but shall in no event be obligated, to cancel, terminate or suspend part or all of this contest should viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, loss by any cause of mailed-in entry forms or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or for any other reason.

(i) TFG reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equal or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement and The Flirty Guide shall incur no liability with respect to such changes.

(j) Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in an entrant's disqualification at the sole discretion of The Flirty Guide.

(k) The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. Entrants in the contest, the winners and their guests agree irrevocably to conform to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of such State and hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.

If I do not hear from you within ten days of notification being transmitted by email or phone that you were a prize winner, your prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen at random.

The parties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of Santa Francisco, California. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. You shall not assign these Terms of Service or assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without our prior written consent. This Agreement is effective on the date you agree to these terms and conditions and successfully submit Content.
