I saw this adorable, rustic, lasso centerpiece idea over on the "My Road to Mrs" blog. Bride-to-be Kassi is engaged to a horseman. Mr. M is a horse trainer and competes in team roping. Because of this Kassi wanted to create a lasso themed centerpiece.

You will need:

• Rope
• Soldering Iron
• Scissors (to cut rope)

Kassi mentions using newspaper or plastic to protect your work surface, I'd probably use a small piece of plywood or a cutting board though because with my luck I'd set the paper or plastic on fire with the soldering iron.
