As you may recall the first flirty idea posted in our ideas category was of a Beagle, wedding, cookie favor.
Well last year our own Katherine Noller-Fernandez of Custom Celebrations, inspired by her newly decorated puppy themed baby nursery, came up with a puppy themed cookie favor, for her very own baby shower!
The cookies, made by Beautiful Baby Showers, started as a sketch based on the idea she had in her head. The end result? Sixty five of these cute pooches with smiling faces greeted her guests as they sat down for lunch at Boulder Ridge Country Club.
And her guests loved them! They thought they were so original, so her, and so yummy!
You know how in passing conversation you know all of your friend's other friends and colleagues by name but have no idea what they look like?
To personalize the shower Katherine gave a brief description of who each person was, where they met, and how long they had known each other, as she opened each gift.
But wait there was more! A "Pregnancy Craving Station" candy, cookie and cupcake bar with cute puppy faced cupcakes, by Aki's Bakery, awaited the guests!
Obviously Katherine's skills go beyond planning elegant weddings. The details in her baby shower all paid off to make it a truly special and memorable occasion for all of her guests who were fortunate enough to attend.
