Studio MSV's owner/founder Andrew Hsu, is a premier, award winning, wedding movie producer and filmmaker, who specializes in custom wedding movies for the discerning, couture bride and tech savvy groom.
Before discovering his inner filmmaker in 2003, Andrew's former career was as an Art Director for various high profile computer/arcade/console game companies. No doubt his art background has played a role in his successful career creating beautiful, artisan, movies.
Always on the cutting edge of wedding movie trends, Andrew was the visionary who pioneered the Same Day Edit for San Francisco Bay Area brides and grooms. (A Same Day Edit is when an edited video that includes the ceremony and pre-ceremony, is shown at the wedding reception.)
His passion and talent have earned Studio MSV several well-deserved awards. Among them, a Wedding and Event Videographer's Association's international Creative Excellence Award, several Bay Area Professional Videographer Association's Outstanding Videography Blue Ribbons, and a 4EverGroup official selection as an Iron Videographer of the West Coast.
Offering HD and Super 8 film, wedding packages include a one to three camera option. Andrew's dedication to his clients includes: Barring physical injury that requires hospitalization, Andrew will always be there in person to document your wedding. He shoots one wedding per day guaranteeing that your event receives his full attention with no conflict of interest. Andrew personally edits every video himself.
And whether you're a Diva or sentimental? Your wedding video can begin as soon as you're engaged. With Studio MSV's "You're the Star" package your entire wedding planning process from beginning to end can be documented.
